Dr. Aswati Nair did her MBBS from Topiwala National Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai (1999-2005) and was the recipient of J.R.D. Tata merit scholarship in all the 3 professional years. She did her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from S.S. Medical College, Madhya Pradesh (2006-2009).

She has over 14+ years of experience in treating couples with Infertility. Her profound interest in infertility made her pursue FNB Reproductive Medicine wherein she was one of the toppers in the entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations. She has a vast experience in the field of male infertility and is proficient in most techniques of surgical sperm retrieval. She has also successfully completed the training course in laparoscopy conducted by the surgical disciplines at AIIMS, New Delhi.

She has made numerous presentations at various national and international conferences and received the best paper award at ISAR, Kerala chapter for her original research work on the use of embryo glue in patients with recurrent implantation failures.

She has a special interest and expertise in treating women with endometriosis, recurrent IVF failures and recurrent pregnancy losses and male infertility cases. She is dedicated, compassionate, and up-to-date with her knowledge of reproductive medicine, and has several successful cases to her credit. She aims to work out protocols for the development of low-cost IVF so as to make it more accessible to the masses.

She is a lifetime member of Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) and the Indian Fertility Society.

Dr. Parul Gupta is a fertility specialist from Nova IVF Fertility and Southend Fertility &IVF in Vasant Vihar. She has over 8+ years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine. She is well trained in human endocrinology & fertility treatment and her areas of interests are polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS with infertility), Endometriosis associated Infertility, Hysteroscopy, Recurrent pregnancy loss.

She believes in the philosophy that every patient is unique, and that treatment should be individualized rather than a one size fit all approach for patients. She has a patient friendly approach and understands not only the patients’ difficulties but also their expectations and this helps in better support for couples undergoing fertility treatment. Support group at Nova IVF ensures that counsellors are available to discuss emotional issues that they require support to sail through the fertility journey and have a positive outcome and live their dream of parenthood.

Dr. Malik is one of the pioneers in the field of infertility in India. A veteran obstetrician and gynaecologist with specialization in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) & IVF, she has always dreamt of helping people and fulfilling their dream of having their own child.

Her area of expertise is in Advances in Assisted Reproductive Techniques (IVF, ICSI, IMSI), Reproductive Endocrinology & Immunology, Genital Tuberculosis and Premature Ovarian Failure.

Dr. Malik holds an M.B.B.S, DGO and an MD degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. She carries with her a professional experience of more than 3 decades and has executed over 7000 ART cycles. She has also practiced in countries like Iraq and Saudi Arabia and is proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi & Arabic.

She has been the President, Indian Fertility Society, Chair - Infertility Committee, FOGSI, President Indian Menopause, Associate Editor, South-East Asia, Journal of Global Health, IFFS. She has also been Member Editorial Board Fertility & Sterility India, Member Editorial Board Journal of Reproductive health and Medicine, Editorial Board Journal of Fertility Science & Research & Editor in Chief, Journal of Midlife Health. She is also Member, ICMR Task Force on Genital Tuberculosis.

Dr. Malik is the Scientific Collaborator at the prestigious Reproductive Research Center, Cleveland Clinic, USA and has also conducted various training courses and workshops in India and abroad, based on subjects like IVF techniques, advanced hysteroscopic surgery, micromanipulation in art and many more. Her profound knowledge and outstanding contribution in the field of obstetrics, gynecology, infertility & IVF, is truly commendable.

Dr. Malik has delivered numerous orations and talks at International and National Conferences and has contributed to numerous publications and many chapters to textbooks.
