Fertility Centre was the last thing on our mind when we we started planning a family. But after giving it some thought, to make sure we get it right with minimal risk, we thought of approaching Nova. From the time we entered the Andheri West clinic, it was a mixed feeling of jitters, excitement and thrill for what was in store. This is a very professionally managed facility with courteous staff (Komal, Dr. Nilambari) right from the receptionist (Mansi) , nurse (Sneha, sorry we don't recollect the other names) up to the doctor. It was a very pleasant and transparent conversation that ensued with Dr. Sulbha Arora who patiently explained the process and options, despite a few very elementary questions we asked. Within the very first visit till the time we got a positive result in the very first attempt, it was a very seamless experience. I would recommend this not only to couples with fertility or any health issues, but also to perfectly healthy couples who want the right guidance before taking this very crucial step in life. We are particularly thankful to Dr. Sulbha and the nurses who made us absolutely comfortable and gave us the best possible consultation and recommendations. Thanks to them we are 6 weeks into this magical journey and look forward to the next 8 months or so.. God bless the entire staff and management for the truly genuine and noble work they are doing.
