Fertility Centre was the last thing on our mind when we we started planning a family. But after giving it some thought, to make sure we get it right with minimal risk, we thought of approaching Nova. From the time we entered the Andheri West clinic, it was a mixed feeling of jitters, excitement and thrill for what was in store. This is a very professionally managed facility with courteous staff (Komal, Dr. Nilambari) right from the receptionist (Mansi) , nurse (Sneha, sorry we don't recollect the other names) up to the doctor.

Our experience at Nova has been positive since the day we walked in. Dr. Sulbha Arora and the entire staff at Nova have been extremely warm, professional and helpful at every step. The staff is well trained and result oriented, giving in their best to make it work for you. Highly recommended! Can't thank you all enough for being there for me. ♥️

Dr Sulbha Arora is very professional and compassionate. Dr Arora always made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr Arora and her team take the time to answer any questions and to make sure you are heard. I am truly grateful for all the attention and care they provided to my wife. In the journey of an Infertility treatment, choosing your doctor and the clinic is both extremely difficult and crucial. In my case, I was lucky to be directed to Dr Sulbha at NOVA. Dr Sulbha is the most patient and approachable doctor that I have seen. She understands the patient's anxiety and is always there to guide. In a journey like this, it's extremely important to trust your doctor and with Dr Sulbha that comes so easily- she built it from day 1. I would blindly recomm nd NOVA Andheri and Dr. Sulbha to anyone who is seeking options!

It was my first visit to Nova IVF Center, very energetic staff right from reception to OPD. It would not be possible without the help of the staff members. I am very thankful to the whole staff of Nova hospital in Andheri, Mumbai and especially two members Dr. Sulbha Arora.

It was very smooth and supportive staff who made us very comfortable. I had a very good experience with both the process pick up as well as embryos transfer. Good staff, super doctors and good follow up. This was my first experience with a fertility center but overall it was all good, polite and supportive staff.
