Shobhit Agarwal joined Nova from Asia Healthcare Holdings where he was the Group CFO & Head – BD, accelerating the growth of all the portfolio cos: particularly the launch of the fertility vertical at Motherhood. He brings with him 25 years of diverse experience across various sectors including Healthcare, IT, Finance, Corporate Services. In the past Shobhit has been CEO & COO, Manipal Integrated Services and has spent 12 years in various leadership roles at Infosys.

Dr. Banker is the Past President of the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction and a member of the Draft Committee for the ART Bill of India, ICMR, Government of India. He has been selected for the prestigious Dr. B. C. Roy National Award for the year 2017 by the Medical Council of India in the category of “ to recognize the best talent in encouraging the development of specialties in different branches of medicine “. In addition to being a founder Board Member of Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproductive Endocrinology, he is a regional representative of International Committee for Monitoring ART and a member of the Surveillance Editorial Board of International Federation of Fertility Societies. He was also the Chairman of Infertility Committee & Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Human Reproductive Sciences (JHRS) and Clinical and Experimental and Reproductive Medicine (CERM) and a reviewer for RBM Online. He has been publishing the National ART Registry of India for 10 years and has numerous publications in indexed journals and has published and contributed chapters in various textbooks.

Dr. Rohit currently serves as the Medical Director for Nova IVF Fertility, East: a chain of IVF clinics in East India and Bangladesh, which is part of the pan India Nova IVF Fertility Group. Dr. Rohit previously engaged as the Clinical Director for Nova IVI Fertility, Kolkata centre and Clinical Director at Genome- the fertility clinic, Kolkata from 2005 to 2018. Dr. Rohit trained at the Herzliya Medical Centre at Herzliya-on-Sea, Israel under Prof. Amit Ami in 2005. He graduated from Medical College, Kolkata in 2002 after post-graduation training in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. He is the Executive Committee member in state chapters of ISAR and IFS for last 6 years. Dr. Rohit has published papers in official journals of FOGSI and ISAR. He has also presented papers and delivered talks in almost all national conferences of ISAR and IFS for last 10 years. He has also contributed chapters in textbooks on Infertility. His areas of interests are Controlled Ovarian Stimulation (COS) protocols, counseling and andrology.

Dr Sujatha Ramakrishnan brings with her more than two decades of experience in clinical embryology. After finishing her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Mysore, she was trained in embryology  under Prof Ariff Bongso of National University Hospital Singapore. She has worked in several Internationsl and National IVF units as the scientific head of embryology. Was awarded the embryology lab director certification by the American Board of Bioanalysts in 2010. She was also involved as course coordinator and faculty in many embryology teaching programmes. Currently she is the secretary of Academy of Clinical embryologists, India.

S Chandrasekar (Chandra) joined Nova in July 2016 and serves as the Executive Vice President, Operations. Chandra has over 24 years of extensive experience in Operations. Immediately, prior to joining Nova, Chandra was with Max Hypermarkets India in a leadership position managing South India. Chandra reports to the CEO of Nova.

Selvam has joined with us in April'2016 as Regional Head- Sales. He is a post-graduate in science. Selvam has 24 years of experience in Sales across Healthcare, Genetics Diagnostics and Pharma Industry. He has extensive 15+ years experience in IVF segment at Regional and National level roles. He specializes in setting up Sales vertical focusing B2B.

Selvam previously worked as General Manager -Sales at Milann-The Fertility center and established the sales vertical. He also worked for IVIOMICS as Sales Manager for South & East region launched successfully the specialized Genetics Diagnostic tests to IVF centers. Selvam worked for VHB Life sciences for 8+ years as southern region Sales Head established the Sales vertical and positioned the company as market leader in Fertility Hormones.

Vinayan has 20+ years of experience across industries such as FMCG, Telecommunication and Retail operations with extensive experience in sales and marketing domains as well as P&L management. He also has 5+ years of experience in national head roles in Healthcare Industry.

Vinayan completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Calcutta (IIMC), batch of 2000 year pass-out. His expertise includes a range of functions in sales and marketing such as Channel management, Corporate sales, Business development, Brand Management and Digital Marketing with 4+ years of experience in health care marketing .

Vinayan Ramakrishnan previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), heading country operations for Dentys (Today’s Healthcare pvt ltd), a startup dental chain funded by Helion Venture Partners. He worked for Vodafone for more than 6 years in various roles such as Marketing Head for Karnataka circle, Business Development Head (BDM) for Delhi circle as well as Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) managing P&L. With 6 years of experience in FMCG industry in sales and distribution with companies such as Colgate Palmolive India and Perfetti Vanmelle india he also has extensive experience in setting up Startup/ Greenfield operations and P&L management.

Ms. Rupali Rane joined with us as Head HR in 2019. Rupali has a Masters in Management Studies from Bombay University and also an MBA from California State University. She has extensive work experience spanning 2 decades in Human Resources Management. She has handled business units across various domains such as Healthcare, Medical Devices and IT/ ITES. Over the last decade, she has been associated with the Healthcare domain. She specialises in process transformation & culture transition assignments. Prior to joining Nova, she worked as Head HR in Sutures India (Healthium Medtech).
