Today I have visited nova ivf clinic at hubli for my wife fertility check up and met doctor pavitra shyamsundar and got very best advice as too to clinic was full busy she spent time and gave complete advice and anjali mam also gave very helpful advice about nova fertility treatment and procedures

The 5 stars I have given is specifically for Dr. Sneha Sathe. She is an exceptional fertility expert. She is very well read and will answer all your questions patiently no matter how stupid they are. She will reply to all your text queries throughout your treatment whatever the time of day. Her calm demeaneor is just what you need in your doctor specially when this is such an anxious time for you who is seeking treatment. She will not make false promises. She will tell you things as they are and also give you best possible solutions with all honesty. Her treatment is methodical and thorough. My hysteroscopy, egg retrieval and embryo transfer went smoothly and there wasn’t any complication at all, all thanks to Dr. Sathe’s expertise. I am glad to have had her as my doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone. The nursing staff at Nova are all very good. They are kind and well trained nurses. The medical treatment at Nova is exceptional and I recommend everyone to go here but brace yourself for a few non-treatment related problems that will make your life difficult but will be worth enduring in the end. I will rate Nova fertility centre at 3.5 stars because they have quite a few administrative and training issues they need to sort. 1. They sell you a package of 2.35 lakhs but then charge you extra for all medications, blood tests, scans, embryo freezing, embryo defreezing etc. I also had a hysteroscopy before the ivf treatment and paid separately for that. Nothing is included in this so called “package”. The 2.35 lakhs only covers the injections for egg retrieval, (9 in my case) the egg retrieval procedure and the embryo transfer and your doctor’s expertise and undivided attention. Expect to spend around 4 lakhs per IVF cycle in 2021. 2. Their support staff ( non medical staff) is not very well trained. They are not diligent with payment reminders and scheduling. They will not tell you when you are in the clinic and call you later for payments or forget to tell you payments are due altogether. This is going to cause you some serious stress. 3. They do not sell medicines at MRP. I have personally paid over the drug’s MRP at their pharmacy. I have bills to prove this. Patients need to buy all medicines from outside or pay a premium at Nova. 4. Nothing goes according to schedules- not your daily appointments and not even your embryo transfer. They schedule appointments and ask you to be there 15 minutes in advance but you end up waiting for 45 min to 1 hour anyway. In a pandemic no less. My embryo transfer was 2 hours off schedule. Doesn’t sound like much but try being on a full bladder! Having said that, please note that all the issues at the Chembur centre is administrative and not medical. They have top notch medical staff and procedures. I wholeheartedly recommend Nova IVF centre to everyone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sneha Sathe to my own family.

Dr. Sneha Sathe is one of the best IVF specialist and her team is fantastic. I thank Dr Sneha from bottom of my heart for her treatment due to which I could conceive after 12 years of my marriage.
